Sunlight
Bright indirect light is best to keep leaf colors vibrant.
Avoid direct sunlight because it scorches and burns the delicate leaves.
Well-draining mix prevents water from pooling and causing root rot.
Organic components like a blend of peat moss, perlite, and standard potting soil work well.
Keep consistently moist, watering when the top inch of soil feels dry.
Dramatic wilting happens when the plant gets too dry, but it usually perks right back up after a thorough drink.
