TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Butterfly Nursery. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Our Store
Butterfly Nursery offers plants, gardening products, plant care products and related items through our online store.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate product names, descriptions, photographs and prices. Since plants are living products, their size, shape, colour, foliage and appearance may naturally vary from the photographs shown on our website.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order where necessary, including in cases of stock availability, pricing errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our products across India. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product, courier service and other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery information for further details.
6. Live Plants
Plants are living products and may experience minor changes during packing and transportation. Small differences in foliage, colour, growth and appearance are natural and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, damage, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or services.
